The SS-CDR200 is a 1U audio recorder, working on memory card, designed for applications currently using cassette, CD or MiniDisc. The SS-CDR200 records to SD, CF or USB memory cards, in WAV or MP3 format if extended recording time is required.
Solid state media offers hours of recording time on an affordable and reliable medium, and fast transfer to the computer for editing, archiving, or publishing on the Internet.
Compared to other models, the SS-CDR200 features a slot-loading CD burner on the front panel, and allows direct creation of audio CDs, direct recording of MP3 files to CD-Rs, and other additional audio data transfer functions.
The SS-CDR200 is equipped with balanced and unbalanced analog audio inputs and outputs, coaxial S/PDIF digital input and output with sample rate converter, serial (RS-232) and parallel control ports. Its computer keyboard input makes it easy to enter folder/file names and remote control. Of course, all the usual functions are available to the user: variable speed playback, tone change, Auto Cue, etc.
