The SL 4 is the first stand-alone DJ interface with 2 USB ports allowing 2 DJs to work in parallel or one after the other without audible transition. Superior sound quality is delivered via 24-bit, 96 kHz audio processing. Isolation between USB and audio, with mute on/off, ensures that only the purest of audio signals, without interference, will be heard. The low-latency Asio and Core Audio drivers allow you to use the SL 4 as a studio tool with various music production software. These built-in drivers allow the SL 4 to function as an external 10-in-10-out USB sound card for use with any software that supports Core Audio (Mac) or ASIO (PC).

This means that Scratch Live can now send data from the software to supported hardware displays.
