The Galileo Callisto 616 processor is an elegant hardware and software solution for managing and aligning Meyer Sound speaker systems. In a 2U rackmount format, the Callisto 616 includes six inputs, 16 outputs, and a fully digital matrix processor. Compass control software provides complete control of all parameters from a Windows or Mac-based computer.
Six inputs (analog, AES/EBU, or mixed) and 16 analog outputs with full matrix mixing and routing for drive systems of any size
Rugged (+26 dBu) outputs for easy, long-distance signal routing to Meyer Sound powered loudspeakers
24-bit A/D/A conversion at 96 kHz resolution; 96 kHz sample rate converted digital inputs
1 GHz monolithic vector signal processing architecture
Internal processing is performed at 96 kHz, 32-bit floating point with fixed latency across all output channels
Delay integration for the M series line array loudspeakers
Atmospheric correction filters
U-Shaping equalization and 10-band parametric filtering; parametric filtering performance with minimal impact on phase response
Simultaneous high and low pass filters
Up to 2 seconds delay on inputs and outputs
LED front panel: signal presence / LED clips on outputs
Ethernet connection for remote control of Windows or Mac based computers running Compass control software
Direct connection to Meyer Sound's SIM 3 audio analyzer
