Meyer Sound’s ULTRA-X20 self-powered loudspeaker incorporates the cutting-edge technology of the ULTRA-X40 in a smaller, lighter package, making it ideal for fixed and portable applications where size and weight are critical factors. Whether used as a compact main system or as a fill or surround system within a larger setup, the ULTRA-X20 delivers high-power output, low distortion and a consistent polar response in any configuration.
The ULTRA-X20’s rotatable horn produces precise and uniform coverage regardless of orientation. It is available in three Constant-Q versions, for optimal coverage in any application. The ULTRA-X20 features a 110° x 50° horn, whilst the ULTRA-X22 provides a more controlled coverage of 80° x 50° and, finally, the ULTRA-X23 version offers a wider coverage of 110° x 110°.
The ULTRA-X20 is powered by a three-channel Class D digital amplifier and delivers 860 W peak power, with a sophisticated DSP package that includes an electronic crossover, phase and frequency response correction filters, and protection circuits.
