STR rods are designed for mounting active booms on the BF250 heavy base or the T5 table stand.

They can be inserted or screwed onto these brackets and allow the RC active booms to be attached with a ball joint (supplied with the RC booms), or the CCM miniature microphones to be attached directly with the SGC toggle joint (supplied with the CCMs).
