The MC1 can be connected to a mixing desk, a sound card or an amp...This microphone was entirely designed and handmade by a French engineer, Mr. Frank Fromy. This cello microphone makes the happiness of many professional musicians ... The dual sensor Piezo MC1 works without power, or electronics. It is passive, and for the output signal, no preamp is necessary. The installation is very simple, and you can, with some precautions, put and put back your sensors as many times as you wish. Most luthiers know how to install this kind of transducer, if you don't want to do it yourself, and there is no need to work on the bridge. Install your transducer on the bass side. To work at its best, the MC1 should be neither too tight nor too loose. Also, avoid having the wires touch the soundboard. When you play on stage, remember to isolate your "Pic" from the ground (because of the risk of parasitic vibrations). When unplugging your cable from the MC1, don't forget the safety button... Delivered in its carrying case, it is provided with an explanatory note in French.
