The Radial JPC is a stereo DI specially designed to interface sound cards or consumer electronics to professional sound systems.
The inputs include all the necessary connectors normally found on CD players, camcorders or other laptops: RCA, 3.5mm and 6.35mm jacks. For even more flexibility, each input can also be used as a thru output, allowing for easy signal splitting.
The hybrid active/passive design offers the best of both worlds. Transformers on the inputs provide perfect isolation to eliminate buzz and hum caused by ground loops.
After the transformers, the JPC uses an active circuit powered by the 48V of the phantom power supply. This circuit manages the impedance conversion and the balancing of the signal.
- The Radial JPC is a DI especially known for interfacing sound cards or consumer electronics to professional sound systems. - Frequency response 40Hz - 20kHz, (+/- 3dB) - Dynamic range 80dB - Distortion 0.5% 1kHz with -10dB input - Intermodulation distortion < 1% - Phase distortion < 5 degs 100Hz, 0.1 degs 1kHz - All the necessary connectors usually found on CD players, camcorders or other laptops are available in each input: RCA, 3.5mm and 6.35mm jacks.
